We are hiring a Robust Business Analyst who has a technology background and can drive work across teams.

Key Role responsibilities: (Must have Skills)

Analytical skills:
Think critically about problems, develop facts to support your analysis and challenge status quo. Show curiosity and be a fast learner

Communication:
Really deep dive into the task at hand and simplify problems to communicate easily with clients and internal teams. Drive discussions and decisions in team meetings.

Requirements:
Can advise on the right requirements and translate them into documented specs for the technical team. Ensure proper details in Stories, test cases & other artifacts that you create

Project Management:
Drive work across various teams by understanding critical path items, defining right deliverables, pushing back on un-due asks,



and helping team members be on track. Identify dependencies, and proactive manage risks and ensure adherence to timelines

Technical Skills
: Understand data flow, technical system design, APIs and Integrations, workflows and database structures.

Quality:
Help with Testing, Client participated UAT and issue resolution

Skills required:
- Demonstrated experience in the above areas.
- At least 5 years in a Business Analyst or Technical Project Manager Role
- Prior technical, developer background preferred
- People with less than 6 years of experience will be automatically rejected
