Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nasik for a Job Title position with Omiz Staffing Solutions (OSS). The role involves supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, including understanding client requirements, sourcing potential candidates, screening profiles,



and coordinating interviews. Day-to-day tasks may include maintaining candidate databases, updating recruitment trackers, and communicating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process. The professional in this role will collaborate closely with the staffing team to meet client hiring targets and uphold OSS’s standards for quality and service. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with job postings, contributing to process improvements, and providing regular reports on recruitment progress.
