About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Marketing & Sales Executive to develop business and increase sales of our solar structures and steel products, including:
- Solar mounting structures
- Strut channels
- C-Channels
- MS/GI steel channels and profiles
- Other related structural steel products

The candidate will be responsible for finding current customers, visiting existing and potential clients, generating enquiries, negotiating prices, following up on quotations, and converting enquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B customers and business opportunities in Ludhiana and nearby areas.
- Visit solar companies, EPC contractors, fabricators, electrical contractors, builders, industries and other potential customers.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients and develop long-term business relationships.




- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare and discuss quotations with customers.
- Have a good understanding of selling price, market price, costing, margins and price negotiation.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, pending orders and payments.
- Negotiate effectively while maintaining company margins.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products and market activity.
- Identify new markets, customers and sales opportunities.
- Maintain proper records of customer visits, enquiries, quotations and orders.
- Coordinate with the production, purchase, dispatch and accounts teams when required.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Collect regular market feedback regarding pricing, demand and competitors.
