- Mentor learners and support their skill and career development.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to curriculum and course development.
- Support employability, job-readiness, internship and career-development programmes.
- Keep training content aligned with current industry trends and emerging technologies.
