Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Admission Counsellor to manage the school admission process, interact with prospective parents, provide accurate information about the school, and support the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries from prospective parents through calls, emails, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Counsel parents and students regarding the school's academic programs, facilities, activities, fee structure, and admission process.
- Conduct campus visits and provide prospective parents with a positive and informative school experience.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and admissions.




- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for smooth completion of the admission process.
- Assist parents with documentation, registration, assessments, and other admission formalities.
- Participate in school events, admission drives, fairs, and promotional activities.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, conversions, and admission status.
- Maintain professional relationships with parents and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; a degree/diploma in Management, Marketing, Education, or a related field will be preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in school admissions, counselling, education sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Robust convincing, counselling, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM/data management.
