Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers on Teamcenter PLM software, ensuring timely resolution of issues and meeting customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex problems related to product data management, configuration management, and change management.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Teamcenter processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing among team members.
- Participate in project planning activities such as requirement gathering, design reviews, testing plans development.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Teamcenter PLM software (Windchill).
- Strong understanding of PDM (Product Data Management), CM (Configuration Management) concepts and their application in an engineering workplace.
- Experience working with Enovia Vault or similar PDM systems is desirable but not mandatory.
