Role Overview:

HR executive in respective domain should be having a minimum of 2 Years hands on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing and recruitment of candidates. Aspirant should have hands on knowledge in sourcing profiles from leading job databases, portals and other channels which includes social media, referrals etc. Should be hands on in implementing HR process and procedures. Ideal HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist possesses a marketing and sales mentality, and has solid critical thinking skills, focusing on finding the right candidate for the job.

Should be willing to work in a start-up kind of environment.

Responsibilities:

· Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms

· Responsible for recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates

· Sourcing, screening potential profiles based on job description for internal requirements.

· Need to take care of end to end hiring and onboarding process.





· Maintaining the employees’ data and handling the orientation of new employees

· Need to handle office related administrative activities.

· To Look after entire payroll process.

· Will be involved in total end to end Recruitment and HR process.

Skills:

· Proven working experience in recruiting. Good Understanding of recruitment processes.

· Excellent written & oral communication skills in English.

· Sourcing Skills - ability to find talent across a diverse set of roles and geographies.

· Strong knowledge of candidate selection method.

· Business acumen and insights. Effective negotiation, and influencing skills

· Integrity and confidentiality. Office Administration skills.

· Graduate / MBA with good system knowledge and exposure to social media would be +

· Exposure and understanding of sales & customer relations would be an added plus.
