Job Summary
Shraz Flexible Dieting Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Nutrition Coaches who are fluent in Tamil and Kannada and have a strong interest in nutrition, client counselling, and sales.
The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, explaining our nutrition programs, converting qualified leads into customers, and providing ongoing nutrition support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads and communicate with prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand clients' health, fitness, weight-management, food habits, and lifestyle goals.
- Explain the company's nutrition and flexible dieting programs clearly.
- Convert qualified leads into paid customers through effective counselling and sales conversations.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide basic nutrition and food guidance within the company's approved protocols.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and support clients throughout their program.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, conversions, and client progress.
- Coordinate with the nutrition and coaching team to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Handle client queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow up with interested leads and work towards improving conversion rates.
- Participate in training sessions and continuously improve nutrition and sales knowledge.
