Position: Director Government Business (Skilling)

Location: Anywhere in PAN India

Reporting To: COO / CEO

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Government Business Leader with 20+ years of experience, predominantly in the Government Skilling / Skill Development ecosystem, to lead and scale the company's entire B2G (Business-to-Government) Skilling business across India.

The incumbent will have end-to-end ownership of the B2G business, including business development, government relationships, P&L;, large-scale project acquisition and execution, team leadership, and strategic growth.

The role requires a robust understanding of the Government skilling ecosystem and an established network with Central and State Government departments, ministries, government agencies, PSUs, skill development missions, and other government bodies.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2G Business Leadership & P&L;
- Own and lead the entire Government (B2G) Skilling business across India.
- Build and execute the strategy to scale the business to 100+ Crore annual revenue.
- Own the complete P&L;,



including revenue, margins, profitability, budgets and business performance.
- Identify new government-led skilling opportunities and create a sustainable business pipeline.
- Develop short-term and long-term growth strategies for the B2G vertical.

2. Government Business Development
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Central Government Ministries, Departments, Government Agencies, PSUs and Central Government entities.
- Drive business generation through strategic government liaisoning and stakeholder management.
- Identify and pursue large-scale opportunities through RFPs, tenders, empanelments, government schemes, missions and strategic partnerships.
- Build relationships with senior government officials and key decision-makers to create business opportunities.
- Track upcoming government initiatives, budgets, schemes and policy developments relevant to skilling and employment.
