Direct Sales - Team Lead
Job Purpose

To lead, mentor, and drive a team of Direct Sales Executives/Officers to achieve business targets, ensure productivity, and expand the customer base through effective sales strategies and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Direct Sales Officers/Executives.
- Drive sales through field activities, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual business targets.
- Conduct regular reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
- Support team members in customer meetings and sales closures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and MIS as required.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth onboarding and servicing of customers
