Sales Team LeaderJob Summary

As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, achieving monthly enrollment and revenue targets, monitoring team performance, and supporting the team in converting qualified leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned monthly targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance, including leads contacted, follow-ups, conversions, and enrollments.
- Allocate leads among team members and ensure timely and effective follow-up.
- Coach team members on sales techniques, communication, product knowledge, and objection handling.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and identify opportunities and gaps affecting conversions.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to improve lead quality and enrollment conversions.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports for management.




- Handle escalated customer or student enquiries and support the team in closing important leads.
- Ensure the team follows approved sales processes, communication standards, and company policies.
- Analyse sales performance data and recommend strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue.
- Achieve assigned team targets and take responsibility for overall team sales performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales,
- 1-2 years of team-handling experience.
- Robust communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in target-driven sales and lead conversion.
- Ability to analyse sales data and manage performance.
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
