We are looking for a creative and professional Videographer, Reel Editor & Creative Designer to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should be able to shoot high-quality videos, edit engaging reels, and design attractive social media creatives for our clients.
- Shoot professional videos using a camera or smartphone for clients, office content, and brand campaigns.
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos.
- Edit videos with captions, transitions, effects, music, color correction, and sound sync.
- Design Instagram posts, story creatives, carousel posts, thumbnails, and ad creatives.
- Follow trending reel formats and social media trends.
- Maintain a professional and consistent visual style for each brand.
- Deliver content within deadlines and coordinate with the marketing team.

Required Skills
- Strong reel editing skills.
- Knowledge of CapCut,



Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of lighting, framing, camera angles, and audio.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and valuable communication skills.

Compensation
- Internship / Full-Time (based on skills and experience)
- ₹5,000 per client managed
- The selected candidate will be responsible for handling the assigned client’s video shoots, reel editing, and creative design work.
- Additional incentives may be provided based on performance and the number of clients handled.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh (Kanpur)
