Bench Sales Recruiters
to join our growing US IT Staffing team. If you have experience working with vendor partners, direct clients, and marketing bench consultants, we'd love to hear from you.
Open Positions
- Mid-Level:
10 Positions (3–6 Years)
- Senior/Lead:
10 Positions (6–8 Years)
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to vendor partners, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
- Match consultants with suitable requirements and ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
- Coordinate interviews, rate negotiations, offers, and placements.
- Maintain consultant availability, marketing reports, and placement trackers.
- Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to maximize placements.
- Achieve individual and team placement goals.
Required Skills
- 3–8 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Experience working with vendor partners and direct clients in the US IT staffing industry.
- Good understanding of W-2, C2C, and 1099 engagement models.
- Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other staffing/vendor portals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven US staffing environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
