Job Description

As a Franchise Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and onboarding suitable franchise partners while supporting them throughout the franchise journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads for potential franchise partners.
- Conduct market research to identify suitable locations and business opportunities.
- Explain and present Stella Hi Tech's franchise business model to prospective partners.
- Develop business plans, proposals, and franchise presentations.
- Conduct meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups with prospective franchisees.
- Evaluate potential franchise partners and support the onboarding process.
- Coordinate franchise store setup, including interiors, inventory, billing software, and operational requirements.
- Conduct franchise partner training and onboarding programs.
- Work closely with operations, marketing, finance, and other internal teams.
- Monitor franchise performance and provide ongoing business support.
- Build solid, long-term relationships with franchise partners.




- Travel as required for franchise development, meetings, and store visits.
- Achieve franchise development and business growth targets.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in franchise sales, business development, sales, or retail.
- Strong lead generation and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of business planning and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to identify and evaluate potential franchise partners.
- Strong presentation and convincing skills.
- Ability to analyze market opportunities and business performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
