Inventory Control Associate

Location: Howrah | Experience: 1-3 Years | Department: Supply Chain / Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate to manage and maintain inventory accuracy across our operations. The role involves stock monitoring, reconciliation, reporting, and coordination with warehouse and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily inventory levels and stock movements.
- Maintain accurate SKU, batch, and expiry-wise inventory records.
- Conduct cycle counts and physical stock audits.
- Reconcile physical stock with ERP/system records and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor damaged, returned, slow-moving, and near-expiry inventory.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed.




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory MIS and reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and finance teams.
- Support inventory audits and process improvements.

Requirements
- Graduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory/warehouse/supply chain, preferably FMCG.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and ERP/WMS systems.
- Robust analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
