About the role

Eplanet Soft is looking for an experienced and highly driven
Associate COO
to take ownership of day-to-day business operations, project delivery, team coordination, client management, quality control, resource utilization, and project profitability.

This is a senior leadership position for someone who can operate across multiple departments, bring structure to execution, identify problems before they become escalations, and ensure that projects are delivered successfully.

The Associate COO will work closely with the
CEO and COO
and will play a key role in driving operational excellence across the organization.

Key responsibilities

Project delivery & operations
- Oversee all running projects and ensure timely, quality-driven delivery.
- Review project progress, timelines, dependencies, risks, and pending actions.
- Assign projects and resources based on team capacity, skills, and project requirements.




- Ensure explicit ownership and accountability across every project.
- Identify delivery risks early and take corrective action.
- Manage critical project escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure projects move smoothly from planning to execution and final delivery.

Team & resource management
- Coordinate closely with Business Analysts, Client Success Managers, Project Managers, Developers, Designers, QA teams, Digital Marketing teams, and other departments.
- Align BAs and CSMs on project priorities, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Review daily project updates from BAs and CSMs.
- Monitor team workloads and optimize resource allocation.
- Identify capacity gaps, bottlenecks, and resource requirements.
- Ensure teams are productive, accountable, and aligned with business priorities.

Quality control
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across all client deliverables.
- Establish effective review and quality-control proc
