IT & Systems Support

• Assist in day-to-day IT operations including ERP (SAP) support, system monitoring, and user access management. • Provide first-level support for IT infrastructure, applications, and basic cybersecurity protocols. • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and system upgrades.

Digital & AI Enablement

• Support implementation of digital transformation initiatives across functions such as Sales, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. • Assist in data collection, documentation, testing, and rollout of AI/ML or automation use cases. • Help configure and maintain dashboards, reports, and business analytics tools.

Process Automation Support

• Participate in automation projects such as RPA, workflow digitization, and self-service tools for internal teams.



• Assist in mapping business processes and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvement. • Support IoT or sensor-based initiatives by helping with data tracking and reporting. Data & Governance • Help maintain data accuracy, structure, and documentation. • Support preparation of MIS reports and dashboards for management review. • Follow defined data security and compliance guidelines.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with functional teams, seniors, and external partners on assigned tasks. • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and continuous learning programs related to IT, digital, and AI tools.
