Job Summary

ARCH Development Foundation is looking for a motivated Project Associate to join our Central Team in Vadodara. The role involves supporting project activities, coordination, documentation, and field-level work within Vadodara.

Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and implementation of project activities.
- Coordinate with schools, trainers , and project stakeholders.
- Conduct field visits and support project-related activities.
- Maintain project records, documentation, and regular updates.
- Prepare monthly reports and share progress updates with the supervisor.
- Provide operational and administrative support as required.




- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Eligibility
- Qualification: MSW / Social Work or related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years preferred; freshers can also apply.
- Candidates should be willing to travel within Vadodara for project-related work.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
