Role & responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to support IDCC (Integrated Digital Command Center) operations by enabling

real-time monitoring, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting in digital reporting and analytics for

renewable assets. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency through data-driven insights,

SCADA integration and automation of reporting processes.

Preferred candidate profile
- Support 24x7 monitoring of solar and wind assets through IDCC platforms
- Ensure data availability, accuracy, and consistency from SCADA and field systems
- Assist in preparation and automation of Daily Generation Reports (DGR) and other

MIS reports
- Perform preliminary analysis of plant performance (CUF, PR, availability, losses)
- Identify and highlight data gaps, communication failures, and abnormal trends
- Coordinate with site teams for resolution of SCADA/data-related issues
- Support onboarding of current sites/assets into IDCC platform with proper data mapping
- Assist in development of dashboards, reports, and digital tools for performance

- Maintain and validate data logs, alarms, and event tracking systems
- Support implementation of digital initiatives such as inverter-level monitoring and geotagging
- Ensure adherence to data governance and reporting standards

Educational Background:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering

Work Experience:
- 25 years of experience in renewable energy (solar/wind) or power sector
- Exposure to SCADA systems, remote monitoring, or IDCC platforms preferred
- Basic experience in data analysis, reporting, or digital tools
- Technical Skills:
- • Basic understanding of SCADA systems and data acquisition
- Knowledge of solar & wind performance parameters (CUF, PR, availability,

losses)
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions preferred)
- Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Python/SQL or automation tools (added
