Job Purpose
Formulate and ensure implementation of the strategic plans for the Epoxy business and contribute to build sustainable competitive strength to maximize volume and profitability (through Price, Customer & Product portfolio management) for the assigned Customers in Gujarat, Maharashtra (Non-Key Accounts), Madhya Pradesh. The position is envisaged in view of the expanding markets of India and the need to increase the size of our sales team based in India.

Job Responsibilities
- To assist the Regional Manager, expand the current customer base by adding recent accounts, thereby increasing the market share and presence of the company’s product range.
- To manage Key Accounts & Strategize for long term edge against the competition and ensure satisfaction levels for customer service relative to competition.
- To ensure timely remittances of payments and maintain overall out-standings below an accepted level.
- Effectively manage the portfolio of Products, Price & Customers to maximize Profitability.
- Ethically perform duty to enhance Brand of ABG & Co.




- Formulation of short-term strategies for the Key Accounts.
- Increase sales of value added and customized products in these segments which are dominated by entrenched players. Developed countries still remain largest market for speciality products who are not very keen to switch over/entertain Asian suppliers as they are considered very critical for performance.
- Profitable growth in slow growth market and aggressive competition
- Responsible for structured data collection and updation of CRM. Analysis of segments/industry in coordination with Business manager and RMs covering competitors and suppliers.
- Focus on specialty product growth and manage the shift from regular
- Build a stronger pipeline for future growth and segment-based growth strategy
- Obtain market intelligence for the region
- Position company, products and distribution channels in the region to expand customer base which is very limited in pre
