Telecaller – Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Care Executive
Department: Sales & Business Development

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain Ayurveda treatments, wellness services, and packages.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into appointments/sales.
- Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain daily call and lead records.
- Achieve monthly calling, appointment, and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the centre and sales team for customer appointments.
- Take feedback from customers and maintain positive relationships.




- Update customer information in CRM/Google Sheets.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication; Marathi preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
