We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Project Head/ Operation Head (Civil) to lead our industrial project construction team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and experience in managing large-scale projects.

Roles and Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of industrial projects.
- Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.




- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in managing industrial project construction projects.
- Robust knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies.
