Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop architectural designs, drawings, and models using Autodesk Revit software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets project requirements and client expectations.
- Conduct site visits to gather information on existing structures and provide recommendations for renovations or recent construction projects.
- Develop detailed estimates of materials, labor, and equipment needed for each project.
Job Requirements :
- 18-28 years of experience in architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software with strong understanding of its features and capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and local laws governing construction projects.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
