Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executives to join our team in Trichy. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, explaining our EdTech and IT solutions, and supporting business growth through effective client communication and follow-ups.

Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
- Generate and follow up on business leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products and services.
- Support the sales process from initial enquiry to conversion.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups.




- Build positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support sales campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma.
- Freshers to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work towards defined targets.
- Good persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
