ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1.



Know about Basics of SAP application,
2. Basic Excel formulas, VLOOKUP, Data entry, presentation of data properly in excel, word, PPT etc.
3. Basic IT procurement related knowledge in terms of IT hardware / Software / License renewal etc.
4. Vendor coordination skills.
5. Know about basic of PR, PO, Invoice bill booking etc.
6. Take care of scrap Material process
7. Insurance Claim for IT materials
8. Capex & Opex, Budget related basic knowledge.
9. Material tracking and maintaining the record of material in & out.
10. Coordination with all onsite engineer to fulfil the requirements of IT materials like mouse, HDD and other required hardware for IT support.
11. Good verbal and mail communication skills.
12. Capex & Opex budget understanding.
13. Team Coordination
14. Manage engine ticket creation and assigning to team (Service desk task)
