Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

The Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with Food Business Operators (FBOs), collecting customer feedback, supporting marketing activities, managing lead data, and ensuring timely follow-up with prospects and existing customers. The role requires robust communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data management.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Feedback & Relationship Management-

1. Call FBOs on a regular basis to gather feedback regarding service quality, collection schedules, staff behavior, complaint resolution, and overall customer satisfaction.

2. Record and maintain detailed feedback reports in the CRM/database.

3. Escalate customer complaints and service issues to the concerned departments for resolution.

4. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and prepare periodic reports.

Lead Management & Marketing Support

1. Compile and maintain all leads generated through marketing activities, including:

* Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns





* Google Ads campaigns

* Company website inquiries

* WhatsApp campaigns

* Events, exhibitions, and trade shows

* Referral programs

2. Ensure all leads are accurately entered into the CRM/database.

3. Track lead status and coordinate with sales teams for timely follow-up.

4. Prepare weekly and monthly lead generation reports.

Telecalling & Business Development Support

1. Make outbound calls to prospective FBOs and explain company services.

2. Schedule meetings and appointments for sales and business development teams.

3. Follow up with inactive customers and lost leads.

4. Maintain an updated database of FBOs, restaurants, hotels, caterers, and food processing units.

Data Management & Reporting

1. Maintain customer and lead databases with complete and accurate information.

2. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on:

* Customer feedback

* Lead generation

* Conversion sta
