Role & responsibilities

Role
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from commencement to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor overall project progress and ensure timely execution as per the approved schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans, and milestones.
- Manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, billing, accounts, and site teams.
- Review drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor material procurement, delivery, and availability at site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely execution of work.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify project delays, risks,



and issues and take corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide project progress updates to management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Review contractor bills, measurements, variations, and additional/extra works.
- Coordinate inspections, approvals, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Maintain proper project documentation, reports, and records.
- Lead and motivate the project team to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure timely completion and successful handover of the project to the client.
