Role Overview

The DGM - Business Development will lead business development initiatives, drive revenue growth and develop long-term strategic relationships across corporate, luxury, lifestyle, and experiential event sectors. This senior role requires a dynamic sales leader with a solid network,



a high-performance mindset and proven expertise in selling premium event solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue and convert high-value business opportunities across corporates, luxury brands, lifestyle sectors and HNI-led events.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with CxOs, marketing heads, HR leaders, procurement teams, and decision-makers across industries.
- Drive the complete sales cycle - prospecting, pitching, proposal development, pricing, negotiation and closure.
- Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals in collaboration with internal production, creative and operations teams.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, networking forums and business conferences to strengthen brand visibility and lead generation.
