- Execute and supervise civil construction works for industrial, warehouse and manufacturing projects.
- Hands-on experience in PEB construction, including civil works related to foundations, anchor bolts, flooring/slabs and PEB interfaces. Read, interpret, check and coordinate civil, structural and PEB drawings at the site.
- Prepare and verify BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) as per approved structural drawings.
- Prepare site measurements, actual quantity calculations and quantity reconciliation.
- Prepare, review and update BOQ based on drawings, site conditions and actual quantities.
- Prepare and check civil quantity measurement sheets for subcontractor billing and client billing.
- Prepare / review AutoCAD drawings and make necessary site-related revisions or mark-ups.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, PEB vendors, subcontractors and site execution teams.




- Plan day-to-day civil activities and coordinate work fronts as per project schedule.
- Prepare and maintain construction schedules, progress reports and daily / weekly updates.
- Monitor execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements and project timelines.
- Check material requirements and coordinate with procurement/site teams based on construction requirements.
- Identify site issues, drawing discrepancies and quantity variations and coordinate timely resolution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
