About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Retail Testing Professional to join our client's quality engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail business processes, end-to-end testing, client engagement, and retail technology platforms. The role requires working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality retail solutions across stores, e-commerce, and integration landscapes.

Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance
- Strong experience in Retail and Fashion Retail domains
- Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders
- Proven experience in leading testing activities across multiple workstreams

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, business users, and project teams to gather and validate requirements
- Define and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for retail applications
- Perform Functional Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, and Regression Testing




- Validate end-to-end retail business processes across online and in-store channels
- Coordinate testing activities across multiple applications and integrations
- Identify, track, and resolve defects while ensuring quality deliverables
- Participate in test planning, estimations, status reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Support UAT and production validation activities

Robust understanding of:
- In-store purchasing and Point-of-Sale (POS) processes
- Online purchasing and e-commerce order lifecycle
- Product merchandising and catalog management
- Pricing, promotions, and discounts
- Inventory and order management
- Returns, exchanges, and refunds
- Customer and loyalty management processes
