Service Staff / Waiter

Zestano Cafe – Thrissur, Kerala

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Staff / Waiters to join our team at Zestano Cafe.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
- Assist customers with menu selections and provide good customer service.
- Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow cafe standards for service, hygiene, and presentation.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.




- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are also welcome.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and good personal hygiene.

Job Details
- Position: Service Staff / Waiter
- Salary: Starting from ₹10,000 per month
- Duty: 10 hours per day
- Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Food: Provided
- Accommodation: Can be provided
- Location: Zestano Cafe, Thrissur, Kerala
