Position: Influencer Marketing Manager

Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore

Working Days: Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who can own and execute influencer marketing initiatives end-to-end. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the creator ecosystem, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with influencers and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own influencer marketing campaigns from ideation and influencer sourcing to execution and reporting.
- Identify, research, and build a strong network of relevant influencers and creators across platforms.
- Drive influencer outreach and relationship management, ensuring robust and long-term creator partnerships.
- Develop campaign concepts, creative briefs, content scripts and storytelling ideas in collaboration with influencers.
- Manage communication and coordination with influencers, agencies, and internal teams.




- Handle influencer onboarding and negotiations; work with agencies when required to onboard specific creators.
- Monitor influencer content and ensure it aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and timelines.
- Build and nurture relevant creator communities for recurring campaigns and brand advocacy.
- Track campaign performance and share insights to improve influencer strategy and ROI.
- Stay updated on emerging creators, social media trends, formats, and influencer marketing best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing/community marketing.
- Strong understanding of the influencer/creator ecosystem, preferably within D2C, consumer, beauty, fashion, lifestyle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong influencer sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to think creatively and contribute to campaign concepts, scripts, and content ideas is a plus.
