Role Overview:
The role involves leading Lean transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing/production environments, driving process efficiency, quality improvement, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Lean initiatives including Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Kanban and Visual Management.
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive productivity and quality improvements.
- Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Lean and Agile methodologies.
- Drive A3 Thinking, Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving.
- Develop and track KPIs for Lean initiatives.
- Support Hoshin Kanri / strategy deployment.
- Develop Lean transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Establish SOPs and Lean best practices.
- Lead change management and cultural transformation initiatives.
Mandatory Skills:
- Solid experience in Lean and Agile
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt preferred
- Manufacturing / Hardware Design experience
- Lean Transformation / Continuous Improvement
- Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Kanban
- Production / Plant experience preferred
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
