About Us:
Supertharrm Globals is a manufacturing company seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Generate/prepare invoicing and E-Way Bills
- Prepare and file GST returns, ensuring timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and income tax regulations
- Process payroll and salary disbursement
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for production/operations
- Process vendor payments and purchase invoices, and follow up on receivables
- Assist in internal and external audits,



ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Support management with financial reports and cost-saving insights

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance)
- Experience in manufacturing industry accounting preferred, with robust knowledge of GST, TDS, E-Way Bill generation, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines
