We are looking for an Instructional Designer with 3-5 years of experience developing learning solutions for large-scale SAP transformation programs. The ideal candidate should be able to translate complex SAP processes into clear, engaging, and learner-friendly training content.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Instructor-Led Training (ILT), e-learning courses, job aids, system simulations, and short/drip-feed learning videos.
- Develop SAP training and performance-support content using SAP Enable Now.
- Create engaging e-learning using Articulate Rise and Storyline and animated videos using Vyond.
- Collaborate with SMEs, functional teams, and training leads to understand SAP processes and learning requirements.
- Incorporate feedback and ensure training deliverables meet quality and project standards.




- Manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced SAP transformation environment.

Required Skills
- 3-5 years of instructional design/training development experience, preferably on SAP transformation or implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Enable Now and Assima.
- Proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline.
- Working experience with Vyond.
- Experience developing ILT materials, e-learning, job aids, simulations, and short-form videos.
- Strong written and spoken English and ability to simplify complex information.
- Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Versatile, adaptable, and open to feedback, with the ability to work across different types of training deliverables.
- Preferred: Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and familiarity with role-based training and adult learning principles.
