Mission of the Role

As Area Sales Manager, your mission is to open Gravity's most valuable resource in every new market: relationships with design studios who don't yet know us. Gravity's studio channel is being built hub-by-hub, starting with East Bangalore, and it lives or dies on how fast and how well we can get in front of studio owners, earn their trust, and convert that trust into signed accounts. This is a network-and-numbers role you do need a genuinely wide rolodex across the home-improvement ecosystem and the judgement to size and prioritise territory opportunity using data, not instinct alone. You will spend your time on the road, in studios, using a personal and professional network built over years

across categories like laminates, wall panels, acrylics and hardware.

What You'll Own

1. New Account Acquisition & Territory Hunting

Hunt and sign new design-studio accounts across your assigned East Bangalore territory

Own a defined micro-market (starting with HSR Layout, Whitefield and Sarjapur) and work it intensively rather than spreading thin across a wide,



low-density area.

Deliver consistently against weekly and monthly new-account targets, in line with Gravity's phased studio rollout.

2. Network Development & Relationship Opening

Actively mine your existing rolodex across the home-improvement ecosystem laminates, wall panels, acrylics, hardware & accessories and allied categories spanning studios, architects and designers, not just dealers, distributors and channel partners.

Build recent relationships through direct studio visits, cold outreach and warm introductions — feet-on-street hunting is the primary mode of work, not calls or email.

Track and expand your network systematically, converting one-degree-removed introductions into direct studio relationships.

3. Pitching & Studio Introduction

Present Gravity's positioning — one-stop for all surfaces, next-gen materials, 24/48-hour delivery, no MOQ, 10-year warranty — directly to studio own
