*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive with a robust interest in Facebook Ads. The candidate will assist in planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. *Key Responsibilities:*

Assist in creating, managing, and optimising Facebook & Instagram Ads.* Conduct basic audience research to identify target groups. Help in preparing ad creatives, ad copies, and campaign setups.* Monitor campaign performance, prepare daily/weekly reports. Support the digital marketing team in executing social media campaigns. Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and Facebook Ads

*Required Skills:*

Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, SMM). Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager (mandatory).



Strong interest in social media & online marketing. Good communication and analytical skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets for reporting

*Qualifications:*

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. MBA in Marketing (preferred). Preferred Traits: Self-motivated and proactive. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude. Skilled in AI Tools & automation. Salary: As per industry standards + Performance-based incentives
