Role Description
The Accounts Receivable Caller role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The individual in this role will contact clients or customers to follow up on outstanding invoices, clarify billing details, and ensure timely collection of payments. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls,



updating account information, documenting interactions, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies or disputes. The role also involves monitoring aging reports, escalating issues when necessary, and maintaining accurate records to support financial reporting and compliance. The Accounts Receivable Caller is expected to maintain professional communication, deliver courteous service, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the receivables process.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English for client-facing calls and correspondence.
