Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, inventory accounting, and coordination with distributors and service centers. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in Tally ERP, and advanced proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate recording of transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare and process Sales Invoices, Purchase Invoices, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Payment Entries, and Receipt Entries.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle invoice stock booking, Delivery Challans, Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and inventory-related accounting.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports covering sales, purchases, stock, receivables, payables, and expenses.
- Analyze monthly and yearly expenses and prepare reports for management review.
- Assist in month-end/year-end closing activities and support internal and external audits.




- Coordinate with distributors, service centers, branch offices, and internal teams for smooth financial and operational processes.
- Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on payments, and resolve account discrepancies.
- Utilize Advanced MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and MIS preparation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper accounting documentation.
- Basic knowledge of GST.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, MIS Reporting, Data Analysis).
- Knowledge of GST, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, and Invoice Management.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- Tally Certification will be preferred.
