About the RoleIndiaRentalz is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities including billing, receipts, bank reconciliation, customer/vendor ledgers, GST/TDS support, collections, documentation and monthly reconciliations.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on Tally Prime and Excel, have strong accounting fundamentals and demonstrate accuracy, ownership and follow-up discipline.Key Responsibilities
- Customer billing and rental invoicing
- Recording receipts and payments in Tally
- Customer and vendor ledger reconciliation
- Bank reconciliation
- Accounts receivable and outstanding follow-up
- Vendor bill processing
- GST and TDS data preparation/support
- Security deposit accounting
- Monthly revenue and MRR reconciliation
- Preparation of basic MIS and ageing reports
- Maintaining complete accounting documentation
- Supporting month-end closing and audit requirements

Required Skills
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Understanding of GST and TDS




- Bank and ledger reconciliation
- Sales, purchase, receipt and payment entries
- Robust attention to detail
- Good follow-up and communication skills
