Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and performance-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition through creator partnerships. You will own the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of influencer campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute influencer-led performance marketing campaigns across platforms.
- Identify, onboard, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships.
- Coordinate with Creative, Performance Marketing, and Business teams to align campaign messaging and objectives.
- Manage end-to-end campaign operations including onboarding,



content creation, approvals, attribution tracking, reporting, and payout coordination.
- Track and optimize campaign performance using metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CAC, Conversion Rate, Revenue, Enrolments and Leads.
- Analyze campaign data, prepare dashboards, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Robust understanding of influencer ecosystems, social media platforms, and creator partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data.
- Understanding of digital attribution models, campaign tracking, and marketing metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/G
