About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of experience, preferably in IT recruitment, technology staffing, staff augmentation,



or B2B technology sales.

The primary responsibility will be to identify and acquire recent clients, understand their technology hiring requirements, and generate staffing and recruitment opportunities for Rolvatech.

This is a purely commission-based opportunity, making it suitable for professionals who are confident in business development and want the opportunity to earn based on the business they generate.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients requiring technology hiring and staff augmentation services.
- Develop new business through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Build relationships with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, CTOs, CIOs, Engineering Managers, Founders, and hiring decision-makers.
- Generate requirements for software developers, cloud engineers, DevOps, data professionals, cybersecurity specialists, AI/ML prof
