Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and transactions, and ensuring proper documentation.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally and basic accounting processes, along with good organizational skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records in Tally.
- Handle sales and purchase invoice preparation, recording, and verification.
- Record and maintain bank transactions, including payment and receipt entries.
- Assist in maintaining proper books of accounts and supporting documentation.
- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers,



and other financial documents for accuracy.
- Ensure timely and accurate updating of accounting data in Tally.
- Coordinate with internal teams for collection of invoices, bills, and required financial documents.
- Contribute to overall team objectives by completing assigned accounting tasks accurately and on time.
- Bill reconciliation and Purchase Reconciliation.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience in Tally entries, sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to organize data and maintain files systematically.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
