- Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x and 6.x
- Build SOAP and REST APIs using BW with solid understanding of service design principles
- Develop complex process flows, shared modules, and reusable components
- Work extensively with XML, XSD, WSDL, JSON, and perform XSLT transformations
- Implement robust error handling, exception management, and logging frameworks
- Integrate BW with databases (JDBC), file systems, FTP/SFTP, and external systems
- Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and production issue resolution
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Ensure adherence to enterprise integration standards and best practices
