- Working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (ERP) and SAP
- Supporting the Dealer Management System (DMS)
- Interacting with internal teams, dealers/customers, and external partners
- Handling issues, finding the root cause, and coordinating their resolution
- Training customers/dealers on the DMS
- Supporting sales-office employees
- Using Microsoft Office regularly
- The role is explicitly purely functional, not technical
Who is eligible
- BCA / B.Tech CSE/IT / MCA / M.Tech CSE/IT
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in ERP/SAP/DMS would be an advantage
Salary & working conditions
- Up to 30,000/month, depending on qualification and experience
- Third-party contractual employment
