Job Summary

The Service Manager will be responsible for managing the complete after-sales service operations for Sunanda Greentech's electric 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers. The candidate will lead the service team, ensure timely resolution of customer complaints, improve service quality, manage spare parts, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the EV industry, particularly with electric 2-wheelers and/or 3-wheelers, and should have solid technical and team-management capabilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesService Operations




- Manage day-to-day service operations for EV 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers.
- Ensure timely diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and delivery of vehicles.
- Develop and implement service processes and SOPs.
- Monitor workshop productivity, turnaround time, and service quality.
- Ensure proper handling of customer complaints and technical issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain service standards.

Technical & EV Expertise
- Provide technical guidance for EV-related issues involving:
- Lithium-ion battery packs
- BMS
- BLDC/PMSM motors
- Motor controllers
- Chargers
- DC-DC converters
- Wiring harnesses
- Electrical and electronic systems
- Diagnose recurring technical problems and coordinate with engineering/production teams for permanent solutions.
- Analyze vehicle failure reports and identify root causes.
- Support new product launches by developing service procedures and technical documentation.
