About the Role

We are looking for an
Area Sales Manager
to drive growth and customer success within our
healthcare accounts
, including
diagnostic chains, cath labs, and hospital networks
.

This role requires someone who can
build strong customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and use data-driven insights to drive account growth
. The ideal candidate will act as a
trusted advisor to customers
, deeply understanding their challenges and positioning our solutions as the right fit.

Key Responsibilities:

*1) Key Account Management*
- Manage and grow relationships with
existing enterprise customers
, including diagnostic chains, cath labs, and hospitals.
- Serve as the
primary point of contact and trusted advisor
for key stakeholders within client organizations.

*2) Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy*
- Develop and execute
strategic account plans
to drive revenue growth within assigned accounts.
- Identify opportunities for
cross-selling and upselling
within the existing customer base.
- Own and manage the
sales pipeline
,



ensuring consistent progress toward revenue targets.

*3) Customer Problem Solving*
- Develop a deep understanding of
customer challenges and operational needs
.
- Position yourself as a
solution-oriented partner
by aligning product capabilities with client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution implementation and adoption.

*4) Recent Business Development*
- Identify and onboard
new enterprise customers
by building a strong sales funnel within the healthcare ecosystem.
- Expand market presence by engaging with
hospitals, diagnostic chains, and healthcare institutions
.

*5) Data-Driven Sales Management*
- Monitor
sales dashboards, account performance metrics, and pipeline data
.
- Use insights from data to drive account strategies, prioritize opportunities, and improve performance.

*6) Cross-functional Collaboration*
- Work closely with
Product, Marketing, and Customer
