Salary: ₹12,000-15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with clients in English and Hindi (written & verbal)

Handle customer queries and provide service support professionally

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Visit corporate and individual clients when required

Work efficiently in a target-driven environment

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of medical/healthcare services will be an added advantage

Comfortable working in night shifts when required

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree / BBA (any stream)/Post Graduate
