Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Inspector to inspect mechanical components, manufactured products, and production processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Perform dimensional inspection using instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and Gauges.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and technical specifications.
- Verify dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, welding quality, and other specified parameters.
- Prepare and maintain Inspection Reports, NCRs, and Quality Records.
- Identify defects and coordinate with Production/Engineering teams for corrective actions.
- Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.




- Ensure compliance with company Quality Management System (QMS) and applicable standards.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain calibration status and proper handling of inspection instruments.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding quality-related issues when required.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures within the manufacturing facility.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of mechanical inspection and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to understand mechanical drawings and tolerances.
- Knowledge of GD&T; is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with measuring and inspection instruments.
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone, and NCR/CAPA.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality procedures.
