About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented person with a specialization in architectural and interior design. The ideal candidate will have a robust grasp of 3D modeling tools, architectural detailing, and photorealistic rendering techniques. You will be working closely with designers, architects, and visualisation teams to transform design concepts into immersive and accurate 3D representations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D models of residential, commercial, and institutional architecture and interior spaces.
- Develop realistic textures, materials, and lighting for photorealistic renders and walkthroughs.
- Work on interior layouts, furniture placements, and decorative elements to enhance the visual appeal.
- Optimize 3D assets for performance while maintaining visual quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and software to improve output quality and efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture,



Interior Design, or related field.
- 0 to 1 years of professional experience focused on architecture and interiors.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, (any one mandatory), along with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Lumion, Twinmotion or similar.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read architectural drawings.
- Strong eye for detail, proportion, lighting, and material accuracy.
- Ability to manage time and multiple tasks effectively.

- A strong portfolio showcasing architectural and interior projects.
